Biography

Siwei (he/his) is a PhD candidate in Health Data Science at Dr Angela Wood lab, funded by Trinity Cambridge Research Studentship (TCRS). Before joining the Cambridge, he completed his Master in Population Health track at Johns Hopkins University Bloomberg School of Public Health. Siwei is a statistician, with an interest in using explainable machine learning to develop risk prediction models and support clinical decision and public health policy, among areas of cardiovascular disease and oncology.
