Biography

Spencer Keene was born on 3rd of May 1992 in Alpharetta, Georgia USA. He earned his BSc degree in Biology from Lafayette College in Easton, Pennsylvania USA. Lacking an interest in laboratory work he switched to studying Epidemiology and began working as an intern at Vanderbilt University (Nashville Tennessee) studying ovarian cancer.

After completing his MSc, he started his joint PhD with the University of Birmingham and Maastricht University. He first moved to Birmingham, UK to begin projects examining the ADO score, then traveled and resided in Maastricht to begin the remaining projects while working at CIRO+ in Horn, Netherlands.
