Department of Public Health and Primary Care (PHPC)

Biography

I joined the department as a postdoctoral research associate in December 2022. Currently, I am focusing on the improvement of efficiency and safety of blood service in England with Prof. Angela Wood, Prof. Emanuele Di Angelantonio, and Dr. Lois Kim using statistical methods (e.g., longitudinal data analysis, survival analysis, statistical simulation). The research is based on several large-scale clinical trials on blood donors in England, including INTERVAL, COMPARE, and STRIDES. I am also actively involved in the supervision of MPhil and undergraduate students in Cambridge. Prior to Cambridge, I obtained my PhD in Biostatistics working on Bayesian statistical methods in clinical trials from Erasmus University Medical Center (EMC), the Netherlands in 2023.
