Biography

I hold Bachelor's degrees in Biotechnology and Mathematics, and a Master’s degree in Cellular and Molecular Biology. I completed a PhD in Quantitative Biology at Imperial College London in 2018. Since 2021, I’m a Research Associate at the Centre for Cancer Genetic Epidemiology (CCGE), Department of Public Health and Primary Care, University of Cambridge. In my current role, I serve as a statistician and programmer for the CanRisk programme. My primary responsibilities include maintaining, updating, and extending the underlying scripts and algorithms for the CanRisk breast and ovarian cancer risk prediction models.

Research

Quantitative biology and mathematical modelling of biological processes. Breast, ovarian, prostate cancer, particularly in the context of genetic epidemiology.
