Biography
Chimweta is a medical doctor with an MPhil in Public Health from the University of Cambridge. He has a deep passion for epidemiology, public health, and global health, with a particular focus on cardiovascular diseases. Currently, he is involved in several research projects exploring the effects of COVID-19 on the interplay between diabetes and cardiovascular outcomes, as well as investigating rare cardiovascular diseases and developing primary prevention risk prediction models for heart failure.
