Nicola is a Nurse Consultant for community nursing, based in Cambridge.
Nicola is undertaking research exploring what early career community nurses need to feel confident to have end-of-life care conversations with their patients, as part of an NIHR ARC fellowship which runs until March 2027.
As a community nurse consultant, I hope to build research capacity in community nursing to help develop evidence based practice.
