Abstract, workshop and creative enquiry submissions for the SAPC South East Conference 2026 closed on 8 November 2025.
As the deadline for submissions has passed, peer reviewers will review submissions in line with our conference criteria. Read about our process for reviewing abstracts here.
Prizes and Recognition
Four prizes will be awarded at the conference, including:
- Medical Student Prize
- Creative Enquiry Prize
- Poster Prize
- SAPC Prize for early career researchers
Find out more about our prizes, including information on judging and criteria here.
This year’s conference theme is ‘Advancing equity in primary care: building healthier communities together’ and we particularly welcome submissions that map closely to our theme. However, submissions are welcome on any topic relating to research and educational activities in primary care both in the UK and internationally.
As this conference is an exclusively in-person event, we will not be facilitating online (remote) presentations, though we encourage submissions from attending researchers, practitioners, educators, and patient and public partners.
Submission Criteria
Submissions officially opened on Tuesday 8 September and closed on 8 November 2025.
