Yi is a Psychology undergraduate student from the University of Bath. Yi is currently on her placement year, working as a research assistant within the Applied Social Science Group. She is assisting with a systematic review on Fabricated or Induced Illness and will be involved in quantitative analysis within the Living Assessment project.
Yi is particularly interested in attachment theory and concerned about the family impact on child development. While on placement, Yi has built interests in child welfare, clinical practice, social services and national policies. Whilst clinical procedures, social services and policies are designed to protect children from harm, there may be issues that will result in adverse impacts, causing harm to the child as well as the family.
