Lucy’s background is in social policy and campaigns in relation to children and families in the UK. She had substantial involvement in the development of childcare strategy, family policy and in the development and delivery of Sure Start, working in charities and in Government. She holds a BA in Social Anthropology from the University of Cambridge and MSc in Social Policy from LSE. She joined the Cambridge Institute of Public Health in 2012 as Communications Manager and took on responsibility for Primary Care Unit communications in 2016.
