Background
Prior to coming to Cambridge, Qi gained valuable experience in statistical analysis and integration of multi-omics data at Imperial College London. Since she joined the University of Cambridge, she led a large-scale genome-wide association study and meta-analysis of multiple studies of breast cancer survival for Breast Cancer Association Consortium.
Research Interests
Qi has strong research interests in identification of genetic variation linked with human diseases and various traits and integration of multi-omics data. She is also interested in understanding the causal relationships between modifiable exposures and outcome of interest.
