Calling Madingley SAPC 2019 delegates: Join Dr Katerina Kassavou and the Behavioural Science Group from the University of Cambridge at our interactive workshop on digital interventions to support medication adherence in primary care.
Research into digital interventions to support patients’ positive behaviour change is growing fast with implications across all areas of behavioural health research and potential for rapid adoption across the NHS, which could directly impact on population health.
In this workshop, we will present early findings from our reviews, qualitative studies, pilot and feasibility trial on medication adherence and ask for your input and responses on key aspects of our new research programme:
- What do practitioner and patients see as the barriers and facilitators to new digital interventions to support medication adherence in primary care?
- Recruiting research participants: what works and for whom?
- Intervention usage: what elements of the digital interventions do patients use, how, and when?
We need your input! This will be a discussion-based workshop and we’ll ask for your views to help us adjust our current medication adherence intervention into the next stage of our research programme. Don’t miss out on this opportunity to hear early findings and feed into our programme on supporting medication adherence to anti-hypertensive medications in primary care.
Join us at the Madingley SAPC Regional Meeting on Thursday 24th January 2019 at 15.45.
