Title: | EVAL-MODS-NZ – Evaluating new models of primary care in New Zealand |
Project Description: | Data have been collected on characteristics and outcomes of every practice in NZ (>1000 practices). Overlapping phases of data collection include in-depth case studies, patient focus groups, practice cost analysis, data analysis from Primary Health Organisations and practices, and Māori and Pacific provider interviews. The largest ever collection of data on general practice in New Zealand, the analysis will focus on different models of providing primary care (including corporate structures and health care homes) as well as the relationship between internal practice structures and measures of process and outcome. |
