The study team would like to acknowledge the contribution of the patients, informal carers and health care professionals who are participating in this study and the GP practices across the East of England and South London who are supporting the study and the Primary Care Research Network (PCRN) for facilitating their involvement. Advice from patients and carers

We are very fortunate to be able to get advice for the study from patients and carers who are living with breathlessness, but who live outside the study area, as well as some Breathe Easy groups and exercise groups for people living with COPD.  They have helped us with designing the study and tested out some of the questions we wanted to ask in the study.
