Title: | The Melanoma Interview Study |
Research Aim: | We are seeking to better understand how people detect skin symptoms and signs, their decisions to seek help, and their experiences leading up to their diagnosis with melanoma. We are interviewing people with a wide range of experiences. People who have recently been diagnosed with melanoma in the regions surrounding Cambridge and Edinburgh are invited to join this study.Addenbrooke’s Hospital (Cambridge University Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust) and the Royal Infirmary of Edinburgh (NHS Lothian) are the two centres taking part in this study. The research teams come from the Universities of Cambridge and Edinburgh, with expertise from Kings College London, the University of Glasgow, and the University of Western Australia. |
