Title: | Evaluating interventions to improve the nutritional profile of food purchased |
Principal research question: | We are exploring the feasibility of studies which will use data collected on household food purchases and a virtual online supermarket to assess the impact of interventions such as promotions, goal priming and food labelling packaging upon food purchasing. The mechanisms for any effects will be studied by considering their potential impact on self-control systems and the expected reward value of foods |
