Practice patient Surveys using GPAQ-R2
GPAQ is a well established survey tool designed to cover both GP Revalidation and GP Practice survey requirements.
GPAQ can be adapted to the needs of your practice either by choosing the questions you wish to include, or, more simply, by adding additional questions of your choice.
GPAQ can be viewed and printed by clicking here. Please also view the conditions for use .
GPs now need individual patient survey results once every five years using a survey that meets the revalidation requirements set out by the GMC.
GPAQ meets both the individual GP's needs for Revalidation, and the practice needs for patient surveys in one exercise. We now have data to provide benchmarks for the latest version of GPAQ, which was approved by the RCGP for GP revalidation.
