Congratulations to Dr Anne Swift and Dr Elizabeth Fistein on being awarded the 2021 Pilkington Prize!
The Pilkington Prize awards were endowed and inaugurated in 1994 by Sir Alastair Pilkington to acknowledge excellence in teaching. The prizes are awarded to individuals who make a substantial contribution to the teaching programme of a Department, Faculty or the University as a whole. Twelve prizes of £1000 are awarded each year, with nominations made by each of the six Schools. The prizes are awarded annually by the Vice-Chancellor.
More information about the awards, including winners from previous years, can be found on the Cambridge Centre for Teaching and Learning website: https://www.cctl.cam.ac.uk/pilkington-prize.
