Guy graduated from Cambridge University in 2017 with an MPhil in Social and Developmental Psychology. His Master’s thesis was entitled ‘The Disclosure of Alleged Child Sexual Abuse: An Investigation of Criminal Court Transcripts in Scotland.’
Guy’s research interests span multiple disciplines, encompassing Psychology, Law, Public Policy and Criminology. Guy is currently working as a Research Assistant at the Institute of Public Health under the supervision of Dr Robbie Duschinsky, Marinus van IJzendoorn and Marian Bakermans on an Individual Participant Data Meta-Analysis of parenting interventions and a meta-analysis of institutional care.
Guy also works with Professor David Farrington and Maria Ttofti at the Institute of Criminology on intergenerational transmission of personality disorders within the Cambridge Study in Delinquent Development, and is due to start a ESRC DTP funded PhD with them in October 2018.
