I have obtained a Master of Science degree in Health & Social Psychology at Maastricht University in the Netherlands. For my thesis, I investigated if healthy defaults promote healthy food choice in a field setting – a university canteen. Also, as a participant of Junior Researcher Programme I am investigating the effects of passive social media use to the feelings of social connectedness.
Currently my research interests are centred around behaviour change interventions based on choice architecture methods that support healthy behaviour, such as, healthy eating, decreased alcohol and tobacco consumption.
I am a part of the Behaviour Change by Design Programme, a Wellcome-funded collaboration bringing together a team of behavioural and cognitive scientists across the Universities of Cambridge and Bristol.
